Father Erik has 20 tickets for those who meet up at the bottom station no later than 12.40 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caritas Bergen has a new director, Marita Moe Sandven. Marita is a member of St. Paul parish &amp; takes over from Hroar Espeland who is retiring. She will be presented to the parish with a short interview during church coffee at a later time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bishop &amp; our parish priest have decided to hold a broad discussion about companionship in the parish. This is part of the papal synod process, National &amp; other groups will hold discussions in the near future. There will also be open evenings in the crypt where members of the parish can meet in small groups for informal &amp; open discussions. These will be at 6 pm on all Thursdays up to Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Pauls is a colourful &amp; multinational parish but how well do we know each other ? Katolsk forum invites everyone to a different type of meeting on Thursday 8<sup>th<\/sup> December. The subject will be:\u201dChristmas traditions in our own &amp; other national groups\u201d. Representatives from 3 different national groups will talk about how they celebrate Christmas. The meeting will be in the school staff room at 7.45 pm, after evening mass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There won&#8217;t be a parish Christmas market this year but articles made by Caritas knitting group &amp; books etc. will be on sale in the parish office until Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After high mass next Sunday, 11<sup>th<\/sup> December, young people aged 15 to 19 from all national groups are invited to a catechism meeting in the parish office. Father Gregor is responsible for the theme: \u201cJesus comes at Christmas &amp; on the last day\u201d.
