If you need to contact a priest please telephone the Missionaries of Charity (tel no. 55225970) &amp; your call will be transfered to the priest on call.<\/p>\n<p>During the holiday months of July &amp; August there will be a reduction in the number of Sunday masses in St. Paul church &amp; there will be no devotions or prayers. This means that there will be no Sunday mass\u00a0 at<\/p>\n<p>1 pm. Any exceptions will be notified to the national group concerned. Weekday evening mass at 7pm will continue but there will be no prayers or devotions. Monday mass at 11am &amp; Saturday mass, in latin or norwegain, at 6pm will continue as will masses in polish &amp; at Maria Minde.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 9<sup>th<\/sup> July is the festival of \u00ab Seljumannamesse\u00bb at Selja to celebrate St. Sunniva, the patron saint of Norway&#8217;s west coast, &amp; her followers. V\u00e6r Frue parish in \u00c5lesund is arranging a pilgrimage to Selja led by their parish priest O.M.Stamnestr\u00f8. Members of other parishs are welcome to join them. The boat to Selja will leave at 11.30 am, at 11.45 am there will be a procession from B\u00f8 to the monastery ruins &amp; at 12.30 pm High mass will be celebrated in the ruins of the monastery church. There will then be a couple of hours break before the boat, back to the mainland, leaves at 3.30 pm from the monastery ruins.<\/p>\n<p>In St Paul church Seljumannamesse will be celeberated on the actual feast day, 8<sup>th<\/sup> July, at 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>Church coffee, after 11 am mass on sundays, will start up again on 24<sup>th<\/sup> august.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The parish office will be closed for the summer holidays from 4th to 17th July.
