A\u00a0 message from Dom Alois, our parish priest: I want\u00a0to thank everyone who helped organize the visit of the relics of St. Therese of Lisieux and her parents Louis and Zelie Martin, and so made possible a splendid festival of faith for all of us. I think everyone who participated in the celebration last week felt a strong sense of their holy presence. Even some who were skeptical discovered that the event helped to strengthen\u00a0our faith.<\/p>\n
A reminder that there will be an extra collection after the mass for rehabilitation of the church offices and apartments.<\/p>\n
Tuesday Oct. 16 a festival mass for the baptism of St. Olav will be celebrated at 7.00 o’clock pm. After the mass there be a formal inauguration of St. Olav’s Guild in the staff room at the school. The Marriage Preparation Course for the fall of 2018 begins Monday Oct. 29th at 6:30 pm. in the staff room at\u00a0the school. The course is obligatory for anyone who intends to\u00a0be married in the Catholic church. Registration is at the parish office, tel. 55 21 59 50.<\/p>\n
This coming Sunday, Oct. 21 will be a tallying Sunday, meaning that attendance will be counted at all masses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
