Monday 10th June there will be the usual Ecumenical service on the site of Kristikirken at Bergenhus at 12 noon. We encourage parishioners to take part.
Sunday 16th June is the feast of Corpus Christi. There will be no mass in St. Paul church at 11 am or at 1 pm. At 2.30 pm there will be Norwegian mass in Johanneskirken & Polish mass in St. Paul church. The processions from both of these masses will meet at Museumsplassen which will be the 1st altar. They will then go to John Lunds plass, Little Lungegårdsvann. Festplassen & finally back to St. Paul church. Join in & show evidence of your faith in the town’s streets & open places.
Saturday 15th June the Mother Teresa sisters invite all who are interested in information about the orders spirituality or who would like to be a co-worker to take part in a co-worker day at Marias Minde from 10 am. to 5 pm. At mass at 10 am. children who are 3 years old in 2019 will be given a bible. After mass there will be a talk, a film & food. The day will finish with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 4 pm.
St. Paul’s parish council is planning a seminar in September to discuss the future of the parish. They have prepared a questionnaire which has been sent to the largest groups in the parish. They also invite all members of the parish to answer some questions. The questions & more information are available here. Everyone is welcome to send in their answers by 30th June.
