ANNOUNCEMENTS — SUNDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2025
- On all the Sundays of Advent, we invite you to pray the Rosary at 08:30 in St. Paul Church.
- On Sunday, 7 December at 1 p.m. there will be a family Mass with an extended gathering in the Crypt afterwards. There will be activities and a program for the whole family, as well as information about the Advent campaign.
- Do you need a spiritual Christmas gift? The parish office will be open for Christmas shopping on Sunday, 14 December, between 12 and 1 p.m.
- We invite you to Monday Coffee on Monday, 8 and 15 December after the 11 a.m. morning Mass.
- On Monday, 8 December, we celebrate the Immaculate Conception with a Norwegian High Mass at 7 p.m. After Mass, all are welcome to be present when some parishioners make their consecration to Jesus through Mary, and there will then be church coffee in the school’s staff room.
- On Wednesday, 10 December at 7 p.m., Mass will be celebrated at Marias Minde for the families of our parish. The occasion is that the chapel has received relics of the Blessed Ulma family. For more information, see the brochures at the back of the church.
- After the evening Mass on Thursday, 11 December, there will be Eucharistic adoration with praise and worship, with participation from several musicians. This will continue until 9:30 p.m.
- On Thursday, 11 December, the Bible Group meets at about 7:45 p.m. in the school’s staff room (after Mass).
- On Saturday, 13 December, we invite you to celebrate St. Lucy’s Day with Mass at 12 noon at Marias Minde. Children may come dressed in white clothing, tinsel, and with handheld electric lights. We will eat lussekatter (St. Lucy buns) together afterwards—feel free to bring some to share.
- Some young Catholic men in the parish are starting a Catholic men’s household with shared prayer and Bible study from 1 January. They still have available rooms. If interested, please contact bendiksw1@gmail.com.
