ANNOUNCEMENTS — Sunday, 4 September 2026
- The Catholic faith course for converts and anyone interested in the Catholic faith takes place every Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the school staff room. The next session is this Tuesday, 8 September.
- The student group “Fides” has also started up. They meet every Sunday after the English Mass on the steps in front of St. Paul’s Church, at around 7:00 p.m.
- Youth gatherings are held in the crypt every Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., for 8th grade and older.
- Our parish’s annual pilgrimage to the Church of the Holy Cross in Fana takes place on Saturday, 12 September. We meet at St. Paul’s Church at 9:45 a.m. The procession continues from Lagunen at 2:00 p.m. and from Stend station at 3:00 p.m., and ends with Mass at Fana Church at 4:00 p.m. Please see the poster, flyers, or our website for more information.
- There will be an extended Parish Council meeting on Wednesday, 16 September, at 5:00 p.m. in the school staff room. All group leaders are warmly welcome and encouraged to attend.
- On Sunday, 26 September, Erik Andvik will be ordained to the diaconate. Bishop Fredrik will celebrate a Pontifical Mass at 11:00 a.m. Therefore, the Norwegian Mass at Marias Minde at 10:00 a.m. will not take place that day.
- We need more volunteers to serve as church wardens at the English Mass on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. If you would like to help, please contact one of the priests or the parish office.
