During Advent, altar servers will take up a collection at the back of the church after Sunday masses for BUK’s Advent fundraiser.
Christmas is a time of joy, a time we show care and generosity to each other. We ask all of you to keep the Church in your prayer and, if possible, to give a Christmas gift also to the Church. Renovation of Birgittahjemme – and passage to the Church has been completed, but we still have to pay back4 million NOK, the loan we had to take. So all gifts are welcome. The parish has made a lovely Catholic calendar for 2020. It is on sale at the back of the church & in the crypt after high masses, evening masses & national masses & at the parish office. It costs kr. 100. The money will go towards renovation of the church & presbytery.
The Three Kings (Epiphany) party will be in the school gym hall on Sunday 5th January from 12.15 to 3 pm. Enrolment at the parish until 17th December.
We encourage anyone not registered with the parish to do so. Complete the registration form available at the back of the church & hand it in to the parish office or to the sacristy after mass.
