A new marriage preparation course begins Monday March 2, at 6:30 p.m. in the school teachers workroom. See the poster on the bulletin board outside the church. Anyone wanting to be married in the Catholic church must participate in one of these courses. The next opportunity will be in November 2020.

Tuesday March 3, at 12 p.m., the second concert in the series “Danbolts organ concerts” will be held. Gunnar Danbolt and organist Eivind Berg will be presenting music by Olivier Messian and Cesar Franck.

A Lenten retreat will be held by father Joël Regnard OCSO from Munkeby Abbey, March 13-15 at St. Paul School. The theme of the retreat is: “Lent – a time for being changed by the Holy Spirit”. Everyone is welcome. See the poster with the complete program on the bulletin board.

The bishop asks us to announce the following: The deadline for applying for admission to St. Eystein Seminary is March 5th. Catholic young men who have completed upper secondary school may apply. They must provide two priests as references. An application letter may be sent to the dean of the seminary, father Bharath Villavarayen either electronically or by post, to c/o Oslo Catholic Diocese, Akersveien 5, 0177 Oslo.
