Would you like to help with catechism teaching? There will be a course for adults on the Good Shepherd catechism from 4^th to 7^th June. For those who will help with Confirmation catechism there will be course on 13^th June from 2-5 pm. For more information & enrolment see the notice & contact Reidun Jofrid.

Enrolment for this autumn’s catechism for children & young people of all ages is now open on the parish website. There will be an information meeting at Marias Minde at 11 am on Saturday 13^th June about the start of 1^st communion catechism for children who will be starting in 2nd class. For young people starting in 8^th class & their parents there will be an information meeting & enrolment to preparation for confirmation in the auditorium of St Paul school after high mass on Sunday 14^th June 

After evening mass on Thursday 11th June there will be adoration of the blessed sacrament with musicians & singers. Everyone is invited to come and experience the peace, love & healing which comes from Jesus Christ.

Elections to the parish council will be on 13^th& 14^th June. You can vote in the crypt before or after mass. You can also vote in advance at the parish office Monday- Friday 10am to 12 noon & Wednesday until 3 pm. Note: take valid identification with you (ID card, passport, driving licence or bank card with full name & a picture) otherwise you will not be able to vote.

Carole Husby who worked for the parish for many years passed away on 2^nd June after a short illness. There will be a Requiem mass for her at 11 am on Wednesday 10^th June.
