Elections for the parish council were held on 9th & 10th June.
The members voted in are: Anne Samuelsen, Ewa Bivand, Krzysztof Sledski, Dorota Kliczewska, Marek Ukrainski & Thu Nguyen.
Deputy members: Eugene Sebastian & Long Huu Phan.
Our parish priest has the bishop’s permission to appoint 4 members. These will be announced as soon as they are appointed.
A reminded to everyone about the hymns & prayers at Bergenhus festning on Saturday 23rd June at 10am to 2pm, 4pm to 6pm & 6.30pm to 8pm. Our parish is taking part in the prayers from 10.40 to 11am. Come along & join believers from many parishes in Bergen & district.
Only 5 people came to the choir practice last Wednesday so there will be no catholic choir singing hymns at Bergenhus.
Next Sunday, 24th June, sisters from the convent of the Holy Elisabeth in Minsk, White Russia will be visiting. They will be selling icons & other things made in their nursing home.
