The Holy See has approved Erik Andreas Holth as a catholic priest as from 5th December 2015. He is an ordained priest in the Nordic-Catholic church, and Rome has now recognized this ordination. The Vatican has also given him a dispensation from celibacy. He will begin his duties as soon as Bishop Bernt Eidsvig appoints him as chaplain in St. Paul’s parish.
Father Johan is arranging a Pilgrimage to the Holy Land from 19th to 31 st March 2016. The price is $ 2,500 (approx. 21,700 kr) & includes travel, accommodation, food & guided tours. St. Paul School will be holding a Three Kings party in the school’s gymnasium on Sunday 10th January from 2 pm til 4.30 pm. There will be entertainment, singing around the Christmas tree, a raffle, coffee, soft drinks & cakes. Those interested in taking part are asked to contact the school before 17th December. Entrance is kr. 50 or kr. 150 for families.
During Advent there will be a collection after all Masses for Norwegian Catholic Youth’s Advent campaign.
