The bishop & parish priest have decided to hold a broad discussion about fellowship in the parish. This is part of the papal synod process. National & other groups will hold discussions in the near future. There will also be open evenings in the crypt where members of the parish can meet in small groups for informal & open discussions. The last chance is this coming Thursday at 6 pm in the crypt.
There won’t be a parish Christmas market this year but articles made by Caritas knitting group & books etc. will be on sale in the parish office until Christmas.
The parish scout group for boys will be having a Christmas bonfire the day before New Years eve, Friday 30th December. There will be a barbecue, gløgg & fun & games. Meet at the bottom Fløibanen station at 12 noon. See the notice at the back of the church.
Everyone is invited to a Christmas party in the crypt on Saturday 7th January from 4 pm to 6.30 pm. There will be Christmas meditation, a film, Christmas songs & food. You can contribute with songs in your own language. Take a little food, eg Christmas biscuits, for the joint meal. Coffee & soft drinks will be provided. No enrolment is necessary.
