Anyone wanting a Catholic marriage ceremony must complete a preparation course. This spring’s course begins tomorrow Monday 27th February from 6 to 8 pm in the parish meeting room & continues the next 4 Mondays.
Thursday 2nd March there will be vespers in the church at 6.30pm with prayers for vocations.
There will Eucharistic adoration of the Sacred Heart of Jesus during the night between Thursday 2nd & Friday 3rd March. We will start immediately after evening mass & finish with mass at 6 am. For more information, & to sign up, contact the Mother Teresa sisters at tel: 55215970.
In keeping with Mary’s message at Fatima, families with children, young people & others are welcome to Eucharistic adoration with the rosary & worship in the church on Saturday 4th March at 5pm. This is also an important penance during Lent to make amends for our sins. In the future this adoration will take place on the 1st Saturday of every month.
Katolsk Forum’s next meeting is on Thursday 9th March at 7.45 pm in the school staff room. Father Egil Mogstad, parish priest of St. Olav’s Cathedral in Trondheim, will give a talk (in Norwegian) entitled “Our inheritance from St. Olav”. Entrance kr 30. Everyone is welcome.
