Next Sunday is All Saint’s Day. Masses will be at the usual Sunday times. Bishop Schwenzer will bless the new organ during the 11 a.m high mass.
Monday 2nd November is All Soul’s Day. Prayers for the dead will be said at all masses. Anyone wishing to have their family remembered during a mass can give a donation, in an envelope, to the priest in the sacristy before mass or to the parish office this coming week. Remember to write the family name, & specify on the outside of the envelope at which mass your want the name to be read.
There will be services at Møllendal churchyard on both 1st & 2nd of November. Anyone wishing to take part on Sunday 1st November should meet at the entrance to Møllendal chapel at 4 pm as the procession starts at 4.30 pm. Monday 2nd November meet at 1.30 pm. for the procession at 2 pm. We will go to the graves of nuns, priests & other to bless the graves & to pray for our own dead.
From 3rd to 8th November the rosary will be said each evening at 7.30 pm. to pray for the dead.
A reminder that the deadline for admissions to St.Paul School for 1st & 8th classes next autumn is 15th November 2015. 1st class is for children born in 2010 & 8th class for children born in 2003. Application forms are available on the parish website www.stpaul.no & at the school reception.
